Mojca Osredkar Mergole

Mojca Osredkar Mergole

Mojca Osredkar Mergole is a doctor of veterinary medicine and started her professional career as a livestock and pet veterinarian. In 2013, she joined a company producing natural feed additives as a product manager responsible for natural feed additives for poultry. She focuses on feed additive development, operational and technical support to internal company departments and foreign agents (worldwide). Mojca started working at Delacon in November 2021 as Global Technical Manager for poultry.

 Elisabeth Rohrer

Elisabeth Rohrer

After her study in agriculture sciences at the university of natural resources and life sciences in Vienna, Elisabeth joined the Delacon team in December 2013 as Technical Communications Manager - a position, she always exerted with pleasure. Since 2021, her task areas have been extended and thus, she is also supporting colleagues in writing offside the technical focus as Content Manager. Elisabeth describes herself as a great animal and nature lover and prefers to spend her free time high up in the mountains with her little family, away from the hustle and bustle.

Kory Moran

Kory Moran

Dr. Kory Moran earned a Ph.D. in swine nutrition at North Carolina State University. She has been involved in the swine industry for the last 8 years. She has been conducting applied and practical research work focused on the use of fiber, enzymes, and phytogenics feed additives in swine nutrition. She joined Delacon in January 2017. Currently, in her role, she provides technical support to swine producers in North America and Latin American markets.

Alex Makol

Alex Makol

Dr. Alex Makol has a strong background in fish nutrition. After studying Marine Biology in Fairleigh Dickinson University (FDU) in New Jersey (USA), he continued developing his scientific background with a Master in Aquaculture Fish Nutrition and completed his scientific background with a PhD in Aquaculture Fish Nutrition in the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (ULPGC), in Spain. Alex joined to Delacon 4 years ago where he is responsible as Global Unit Manager Aqua to develop the Aquaculture line products.

Alban Llorca

Alban Llorca

Alban Llorca graduated as a bioengineer at the University of Paris, France has a master’s degree in animal production. After gaining valuable expertise in various companies, Alban worked as Poultry Nutritionist specialized in turkey and layer production. For 10 years he was in direct contact with customers worldwide for technical (product, nutrition, farm management) support. Using Delacon products, especially Biostrong¼ 510, he joined Delacon in 2010 to promote this product in EMEA & LA region. Since few months, Alban LLORCA took a new position within Delacon as Head of Global Solution.

Manu De Laet

Manu De Laet

Manu De Laet graduated in 2009 as a bio-engineer at the University of Leuven, Belgium. He has a master’s degree in animal production. After earning valuable experience with phytogenics, Manu started working for Delacon as Global Technical Manager Poultry in September 2018. He is now specialized in nutrition and the effect of phytogenics on digestibility.

Roberto Montanhini Neto

Roberto Montanhini Neto

Veterinary doctor, with MSc. and Ph.D. in veterinary sciences, and with relevant experience in leading integrations, premix and feed additives companies. With more than 18 years of experience in the Brazilian and international markets, always focused on developing animal nutrition and feed production projects, especially poultry, swine and aquaculture. Has been working for Delacon since 2018, and currently holds the position of Global Unit Lead, Monogastric.

Bettina Karlinger

Bettina Karlinger

Bettina Karlinger joined our Organizational Development Team in May 2021. Previously, she studied economics in Linz and Spain and worked for over 15 years in market research. Bettina loves spending time in the nature together with her family and friends, enjoying the beautiful landscapes, mountains and lakes of Austria and – whenever possible – her “second home” Spain. Capturing these moments with her camera makes her day perfect.

Delphine Lacombe

Delphine Lacombe

Delphine Lacombe has joined Delacon in April 2018, as Customer Technical Manager for the ruminant team. She is an agronomist engineer, graduated from Agrocampus Ouest in France, and started working as dairy nutritionist for a feedmill. For the past 10 years, Delphine has been working within animal nutrition industry, mainly in the feed additive business. At the moment, she is responsible for the technical support of the EE and Latam regions.

Anja Keiner

Anja Keiner

After her scientific studies dealing with the effect of phytogenic substances on piglets’ health and performance at the Justus-Liebig university in Germany, Anja was eager to start her professional career with Delacon. Her experience in sales is an important backbone for the previous role as Product Manager Swine, but also for her current position as Global Technical Manager Swine and Poultry.

Tobias Aumiller

Tobias Aumiller

Scientific Lead and deputy Head of R&D at Delacon. In 2015, Tobias Aumiller joined the Delacon family as Research and Development Manager for Swine and Microbiology. He received his diploma in Technical Biology and completed his Ph.D. in animal nutrition at the University Hohenheim in 2015, focusing on feed-gut-microbiota interaction. In his leisure time Tobias loves playing table tennis and also participates in championships.

Gonçalo Martins

Gonçalo Martins

Gonçalo Martins joined Delacon in December 2018 as a Customer technical service manager for the ruminant team. He is a veterinary, graduated from UTAD in Portugal and started his work as a practitioner in dairy farms. For the past 12 years, Gonçalo has been working within animal nutrition industry, mainly in the feed additives and feed supplements business. At the moment, he is responsible for the technical support of the ASPAC region, Portugal, Spain and Ukraine.

Ricardo Neto

Ricardo Neto

Ricardo Neto was part of the Delacon PDI team as CTS manager swine from February 2019 until early 2020. Ricardo is a Doctor of veterinary medicine, graduated from UTAD in Portugal and he worked in a specialized pig practice in England for 4 years. After this period in practice, he joined the pharmaceutical industry launching the first PCV2 vaccine in the UK and Ireland and later the first Swine influenza vaccine. He joined the global repro team to support the reproductive franchise providing training and regional support. Ricardo is passionate about sustainable and ethical pig production.

Thierry Aubert

Thierry Aubert

Thierry Aubert can look back on 15 years of experience in the premix, feed and meat industry. Since the beginning of his career, Thierry is in regular exchange with the farmers to understand their challenges and needs. In 2013 he joined Delacon as Species Leader Ruminants. With his team, he is in charge of the global product development for the ruminant species and customer technical support. Since spring 2018, his task areas have been extended: At the moment, he is also responsible for the coordination of the Reginal Technical Managers worldwide. In his leisure time, he likes to go running and already participated in several marathons.

Sanja Erkic

Sanja Erkic

Sanja Erkic grew up and lived in different cultural environments and is a real language expert. After studying Cultural Studies (majoring in social sciences and politics), she joined the Delacon team in Toulouse in 2018. Sanja is a globetrotter, she loves to learn new things and tries to see the world from different angles. As an Event Coordinator, Sanja is responsible for organizing various events all around the world.

Poulad Pourazad

Poulad Pourazad

Since 2017 Poulad has been R&D Manager Ruminant at Delacon. Poulad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Sciences and a Master’s degree in Ruminant Nutrition, both from universities in Iran (University of Tabriz & Azad University). Then he moved to Austria and completed his PhD in Ruminant Nutrition at the University of Veterinary Medicine (VetMedUni) in Vienna. Prior to joining Delacon, he worked as researcher at the Institute of Animal Nutrition and Plant Functional Compounds at the VetMedUni in Vienna. His motto: Rumen – a universe that needs to be discovered.

Karina Watzinger

Karina Watzinger

Development is one of Karina's main drivers and a true passion, her motto being: Great things never came from comfort zones. At Delacon, she is leading the Organizational Development team, supporting to bring the organization to the next level in various ways.

 Sandra Chamusco

Sandra Chamusco

Global Technical Manager Swine at Delacon Sandra Chamusco has a degree in Animal Science at the University of Évora in Portugal and has been working in swine nutrition for more than 20 years. She was a feed formulator and customer consultant, technical responsible and Director of Operations at the Portuguese subsidiary of the French group CCPA. After that she was Director of Swine Nutrition Department at T.N.A. (Portugal). At Delacon,Sandra is responsible for product development and product support, and for the customer technical services for the complete range of Delacon’s swine products on a global level.

Marlene Forrai

Marlene Forrai

Storyteller, foodie, life-long learner – may be the three words that describe me best. Unfortunately, you cannot make a living by only eating food, even though it’s healthy. Therefore, I have developed my skills in Marketing, Online Communications and Content Management to enlighten people around the globe about the power of nature and its contribution to animal as well as human health. Since February 2022, Marlene started a new career path outside of Delacon.

After her French and Communication studies in Vienna and Montréal, Corin joined DelaconsŽ Communications and Marketing team in 2019. Besides her passion for communication topics, Corin loves outdoor sports such as hiking, skiing and wake surfing. Since January 2022, Corin started a new career path outside of Delacon.

Katharina Mayrhuber

Katharina loves to learn, discover and tell feed and food stories globally - using Social Media, visual communications and media relations. She is currently not working actively at Delacon.

Christoph Hartinger

Christoph Hartinger

From driving instructor over journalist to public relations and communications specialist. Christoph is interested in the phenomena of communication from a professional, scientific and private perspective already for decades – his hardest project so far: Understanding the differences between male and female communication. Considering himself as a lifelong learner with many interests like music, sports and science. Since October 2020, he is following a new career path outside Delacon.

Anne Oberdorf

Anne has always been fascinated by the unknown, the diversity and beauty of nature. Her love for nature brought her to Delacon in 2018 after studying agricultural sciences, where she worked as Technical Communications Manager and later as Product Manager Aquaculture. Since February 2021, she has been taking a new, natural career path outside of Delacon.

Stefan Hirtenlehner

Stefan Hirtenlehner

After finalizing his dissertation in the working group of "Neurobiology and Behaviour" at the University of Graz, Stefan Hirtenlehner, decided to leave his position as a project manager and started in 2016 to work as a Technical Communications Manager at Delacon. Inspired by the family character of Delacon's employees and by the companies vision, he joined the R&D department, where he worked from 2018 until 2019 as a Research Manager Poultry.

David Harrington

David Harrington

As there are increasing occurences in intestinal disorders, gut health becomes more important. “Phytogenics can modulate the intestinal microbiota which can help to regulate inflammatory responses and oxidative stress – an important factor in today’s gut health management,” says David Harrington, former Species Leader Poultry at Delacon. He was an active team member until November 2020.
